Get Walking!
It’s getting colder, but that doesn’t mean you can’t warm up your activity levels. It doesn’t take much time, and your quality of life, health, and mind will benefit.

Chronic disease sufferers (ie. Heart Disease, Diabetes, Kidney issues, Prostate cancer and Breast cancer) all showed improved health outcomes if they walked 15 minutes per day.
Low back pain sufferers showed improvement in their symptoms by walking outside more so than on treadmills, likely due to the biomechanics of walking on varied terrain.
If you find yourself sitting for long periods of time, get up every hour for a 5 minute walk, and improve your arterial health as the movement will help prevent arterial stiffening.
