We manage so much of our lives from our devices that many of us have become dependent on them, and that means more screen time.  If you’re looking at your screen more than an hour a day it’s important to maintain posture to prevent neck pain and injuries.  Lift your phone to the level of your eyes rather than looking down into your lap.  If you are on a laptop or desktop be sure to elevate your monitor to where the top of the screen is at the level of your eyes to prevent neck strain.
